I know that i may have some sinus issues, plus I don't exercise and I smoke. I have tried the breathe right strips and the throat spray, but it doesn't seem to work effectively enough. Can someone please help me?

She has a couple of options, and you have to cooperate with them, even while you're tired. My husband snores, and before we were married, when I was younger my little sister and I had to share a bed for six months while my room was being built, and she snored like crazy. Here's the way to do it:

If you sleep on your back instead of your side, she can lift your head up higher with another pillow, which bends the neck a little, and prevents the typical "snore" sound from being produced. She can also persuade you over to your side -- which, amazingly, does not stop my husband from keeping me awake all night. He can't snore in the side position with the lifted head, but it gives him a sore neck.

Well it all depends. You snore when you cant breath out of your nose and it gets all clogged up. Do you even know how loud you snore? So you cant really tell if she snores louder then you. Theres nothing wrong with her. My mom snores as loud as an elephant. Dont worry.

Talk to your doctor about this. You should have a sleep study and this must be ordered by your doctor.

Your dentist can also make you a "Snor-Gard" appliance if you have ruled out serious sleep apnea with a sleep study.
