Registered Nurse Here; Well you certainly have 3 of the symptoms of diabetes. However with a blood sugar of 115, this is excellent and falls well within the normal level of blood sugar. Perhaps, you could purchase a glucometer, and do random checks of your blood sugar, to see if you experience elevated blood sugar at times. I would strong suggest you see a Physician for a complete physical. If already done so, I would get a second opining. Thanks for the opportunity to address such a important question. Best of luck to YOU!

It is quite possible you have type 2 diabetes. You should get both blood tests and urine tests immediately. Get blood tests every 3 months until your doctor says all is OK.

Test results vary all over the place. I have type 2 diabetes and test my sugar level eacm morning before eating. I have experienced readings as low as 85 and as high as 180.

I take Metformin twice a day which seems to help. Also, I have goe from 236 pounds to 196 pounds over the last 6 months which is also very helpful. I olan to get down to 180. You, however do not seem to have a weight problem so be thankful for that.

Proper diet is also important and there are several web sites that offer free diet plans.

Go see your doctor and good luck to you.

Those are the symptoms that usually go along with type 2 diabetes. You need to call your doctor today and have him do some blood tests. Really you should diabetes is nothing to play with.

I have had diabetes for over 42 years. Any fasting blood glucose over 100 is considered diabetic. If it was not a fasting test, please retest after fasting overnight first thing in the morning. If it is still over 100 please see your doctor.

These are fairly non specific symptoms and the differential diagnosis is large. You will not get a decent dianosis for this on the web. Please see a doctor.
