why would they WANT to eat roadkill though :s...im guesing so but did u ever watch the episode of friends where jpoey stopped eating meat for liek a month and pheobe got to eat meat...the like switched off ...hahah good times gooood times....but yea i think they could but its sorta of promoting running over animals......lol

Technically the animal was hurt when it died if it was rolled over by a big vehicle. It's not animal cruelty but it's not harmless
