Sit down and tell him immediatly! You cannot put his health at risk. Chlamydia does not always present with symptoms in females, so you may have had it for a while. Just tell him you were diagnosed with it at your well woman exam. Make sure you both recieve treatment and use condoms in the future.

First, you thank God it was Chlamydia and not HIV/Aids or any other incurable disease. Next you sit your boyfriend down and tell him and tell him how sorry you are. Let him know it's curable and that you will go with him to get checked out. This will either bring you closer together or break you apart but it is a responsibility you must take. Last but not least, buy condoms and remember your life is more important than unprotected sex, don't take a chance again.

Wow this is serious! You need to tell him. But if you cheated on him and gave it to him already before you knew you had it...Well that sucks. just suck it up and tell him he does have the right to know because you're putting him in risk of also getting chlamydia. and if you want to avoid face to face contact write a letter and personally give it to him and tell him to read it later.

Girl sit him down and tell him,because if you don't and continue to sleep with him,you could spread the disease to him. It will be better to tell him for your own good and his health wise. I also think that you should find out who gave it to you,and get your boyfriend to the doctors,because if you were sleeping with him before hand he might have it as well.

He needs to get treated, or he'll just give it back to you after you are done w/ your meds.
You have to tell him, you could be hurting him. Men don't experience symptoms like women do.
