Vitamin A- liver, oily fish, full cream milk, dark green & orange fruit & vegies.
Vitamin D- Fatty fish, dairy products and sunlight.
The only reliable unfortified sources of vitamin B12 are meat, dairy products and eggs. There has been considerable research into possible plant food sources of B12. Fermented soya products, seaweeds and algae have all been proposed as possible sources of B12. However, analysis of fermented soya products, including tempeh, miso, shoyu and tamari, found no significant B12.
Hope it helps!

Vitamin A - Carrot (anything orange, red, yellow in color)
Vitamin D - 15 expose to sun or green leaf vegetables
B12 - unfortunately you can only find in meat. That is why vegan have to take caution about it and taking synthetic supplement is the way most of them goes. Make sure you have enough because is important for the nervous system

well, do you know that there are 2 kinds of vegetarians? one is vegans and the other one is lacto-vegetarians.

vegans are strict vegetarians who will not eat any food that is of animal origin. as for lacto-vegetarians, they do not eat meat, seafood or poultry but will eat butter, milk and cheese.

since you say you are totally vegetarian. i guess you are belonged to the vegans.

vegetarian meals for vegans lack in animal proteins collagen, myosin and elastin found in meat and fish. it is also diffcult to provide enough of mineral elements such as calcium and iron, vitamins A, B12 and D. thus, vegans will have to depend on soya beans and other types of beans, peas and nuts to supply them with the protein they need.
