Hey first of all stop freaking out! its not HIV ok

the pain in penis and burning sensation is probably due to a urinary tract infection ok. its when the urethra gets inflammed due to bacteria, thats why ur doc told u to do a urine test. if that was negative its fine. that can cause no complications

ok the neck throat and underarms feeling sore is totally unrelated, its due to ur cold and cough. the neck throat underarms contain a lot of lymph nodes that play a role in killing bacteria by producing white blood cells, when these nodes get active they grow bigger and hurt. it will go away in a few days, till then u can gently dab these areas with hot water. drink lots of hot soup for the throat.

HIV has a long latent period of at least 6 months, u jus have the common cold. CHILL

I don't think that you should worry. I think you could be suffering from a little bit of paranoia. You did the urine test and it came back fine (which ruled out STD's because there was obviously not trace of white blood cells-infection). Maybe its just the flu. To feel better why don't you get a second opinion. Definitely not HIV. These aren't the symptoms and they wouldn't show up this fast.

HIV tests are really simple these days. You do not even have to have your blood drawn any more. They can do it with a simple oral swab (because there is actually a higher concentration of the virus in salvia than blood). Go have a test done, so you have some peace of mind. It is a good idea to have regular testing done anyway. There are plenty of affordable private ways to have this testing now.

ATTENTION EVERYONE --

This person has posted this question, in various forms, at least 20 times.

Either he's a troll (perhaps) or someone that could really really benefit from some serious psychological help. I'm thinking it's the latter.

Flagged post.
