what do i do?? a little of it just comes out without me doing anything what does this mean

Its possbile that it isnt semen. It could be a fluid caused by either chlamydia or gonorrhea. if the penis isnt erect, and hasn't been erect for a long period of time, then there should be no semen coming out. Dont worry though, both chlamydia and gonorrhea can be easily treated and cured with antibiotics that a doctor can prescribe you. I suggest seeing a doctor asap. These STD's are easily curable, but the longer you wait, the more effects they can have on your body. Plus, you probably don't want to be passing them on to other people. Good luck.

semen leakage? you got to be kidding...before sex it is another kind of liquid (lubricant), after sex it is normal..without sex is infection
