Atlanta is a huge city and with a large city there is a vass diversity of people of all different income levels. Most of the hiv positive... now this is most and by no means all... but most are low income african american people both men and women. who can not afford health care and most often do not get tested for blood born illnesses or even go to the doctor for that matter . and some are homosexual and straight. So Atlanta is really not that different from other cities in the country.

Closeted gay men who are not practicing safe sex who then pass it on to the women who marry them or have them as boyfriends. These women are either in denial about these men's sexual orientation or actually totally in the dark...
