Congratulations on setting a goal for good health. Try to have a SLOW weight loss, and keep the weight off. This is the healthiest choice. Drink plenty of water. Try a cup of soup or broth before dinner; it will start to fill you up, so you will eat less of the more fattening food. Choose the healthiest food offered at every meal, and fill up on that...fresh vegetables and fruit, less fried food, etc. Try to walk for at least 1/2 hour daily, more if possible. The American Heart Association recommends that a person walk at least 10,000 steps per day for good cardiac health. How about a pedometer to help you keep track? Best of luck and good health to you.

sure theyre all eating, but only you have control of how much you eat. eat like three small meals a day. and two snacks in between that are also small. have some vegetables!! im seriouss. they work. have a centrum vitamin a day if youre old enough, preferrably at night. sounds crazy, but trust me on it.
umm itd be a lot easier to showw you a bunchha exercises cuz i luv doing em!! you can always email me on that. but anywho, since ive gotta make this short .. kinda gtg right now.

the best way to start losing weight is walking. start off slowly, then increase your speed and distance. try starting by walking 15 minutes away from your house, turn around and walk back home and you've already had a 30 minute walk! then walk 20 minutes away from home and back. just keep adding minutes, and it won't be long before you're running instead of walking! you can also jump rope, that's a great cardio workout. and another great and fun way to lose weight is turn on the radio and dance! as long as you're not slow-dancing, you'll lose weight and have fun doing it. just remember to do something every day. and try to eat healthier. I know that's hard to do when your whole family loves to eat, but you can start with changing one thing at a time.
If you usually have a candy bar for a snack, have an apple or banana instead. if you usually have pizza for lunch, try a turkey sandwich with mustard, lettuce, tomato, low-fat cheese, and a small bag of baked, or fat free chips. you can lose the weight and be healthy, just do everything slowly when you're starting off, and build up to doing more. weight taken off slowly, stays off.

Walk. That is how my mother lost alot of weight, and how I kept it off as a model.
As far as the food, you don't have to starve yourself. Eat with your family! A helpful little trick to avoid over-eating? Buy a smaller plate. That way when you go to serve yourself, it looks like you have a huge portion but in actuallity, you are eating a fraction of everyone else's portion. How you avoid the second helping? Fill your plate full. Scientific studies have shown that the sight of a full plate encourages your feeling of getting full. So in other words, eat a full BIg plate, get full; eat a Small full plate, get just as full but with less food!

walking is a great way to exercise, when everyone is eating go for a walk or do some sit ups or push ups i know it is hard but try and focus on your goal set a ritual and follow through tell your family you need there support and have everyone change there eating habits ask your mom to buy you fresh fruit and vegetables and baked snacks drink alot of water it will fill you up before you eat or when you fell hungry

saying "eat less" is good advice but soooooo hard to do. I love eating and even if im full i still clean my plate, or ill eat when im bored. its good you wrestle. keep uo with sports. its fun excersize. if u have a dog, take it for long walks/run. take a walkman or MP3 player to help pass time. if u want to reduce ur appitite take pills with ephedrine (ma haung). they actually work and u dont have to take more than one and u dont have to take it at a certain time according to when u eat. it gives u energy to.
if u dont have a dog, go to ur local animal shelter and walk those dogs. it'll be good for a job resume later on, and it'll make ur parents proud ur helping ur comunity. it's also a good thing to do. i love visiting the animal shelter and saying hi to the dogs and cats.
good luck. you could also try joining the swim team at school (it's one of the best sports. it's hardly any bad stress on ur joints the way running sports are bad on the legs. it's good cardio and for muscles)

go online and research diets. Get a good diet plan and stick to it. Walking is good for you try to walk at least 30-45 min. 3-4 times a week. You will lose weight

You know it doesnt really matter what you do , as long as you do something! Start tomorrow. crawl, walk , run. Anything, but start soon, then keep going!!!!! Never stop, and after a while it will all be easy. You just have to get started.

Stop drinking soda--it causes obesity, believe it or not...And try joining the track team, or some other sports team at your school--that way you'll HAVE to work out. (but just dont join wrestling, because some people conrtract herpes from that skin-to-skin contact)
