I really like hot sauce, and it's usually used for dipping meat, but what vegetarian foods can I dip in hot sauce?
(besides mozerella sticks & chips)

Lots!!! There are soy products that are called "meat substitutes". I know that probably doesn't sound all that appealing, however, if you just give them a try you might be surprised. You can find brands that sell soy products in almost all grocery stores in the organic or natural foods section. My favorite meat substitute by far would be the Boca brand Chicken Nuggets. Other than tasting amazing with hot sauce they are low in fat and high in protein. Good Luck!!

Sammy,

I am not a vegetarian, but I enjoy dipping the following foods in hot sauce:

Broccoli
Cauliflower
Carrots
Bread

Also. mix a few drops of hot sauce in your favorite dip/dressing for a spicy effect.
