THE ANSWER IS
I30.6 / 3265.0 X 100%=4%
(although the previous responders answer is right the equation is wrong) I'm a RN who taught nursing students the importance of determining the right equation first. Otherwise a wrong answer when determining percentages of medication could end up killing someone. It's important to know correct formulas and to know what your answer should be in ballpark figures. If you write it as an equation you get:
130.6 = 3265(X),
To sovle for X, divide 3265 on both sides and you get, 130.6/3265= X
X = .04 as a decimal.
To get percentage multiply .04 X 100 = 4%

Rather than just asking, why not learn the formula. Percentages are great for calculating sales deals or mixing things like in cooking or mixing for painting or cleaning, etc....

when doing percentages...multiply in a criss-cross fashion, so 130.6 x 100 = 130600.
Then divide the answer [130600] by 3265 and you have your answer....
