Okay, so me and my man went to a club the other night and we were having a good time, while we were chatting, a woman kinda comments on the topic we were talking about (it wasn't a rude break in, actually timed pretty well) and we just all got to chatting. Her husband returns from the washroom and sits with us (it's a very couchy (lots of sofas) type of club) and we all chat, clicking quite well. One of her friends comes by and joins the laughter. As us gals go out to the dance floor to shake it, the men chat and laugh, generally getting on well.

So here's the question. Does this happen often in clubs? We usually hit a pub for a night out for dinner and billiards, and it is rare to hit a nightclub for us. Is it normal to make connections this easily with other people in a club? Pubs are not like this.

Also, we did get everyone's number, because we were all pretty sure we'd like to get together again sometime....is that happen too?

It sounds as though you and your beau are very nice people who don't mind meeting new people and it shows. This has happened to me and my b/f in a club and it is always fun to meet new people.

It shows tht your fun-loving spirit is contageous and people are attracted to your positiveness! Keep it up!

It sounds like you had a good night. Sometimes it's easier to meet new people in clubs.

It sounds like one of the plot lines from one of those Cinemax movies. That being the case, yeah, I suppose you aren't the first one this has happened to. Seriously though, I hate to cast dispersions on people's intentions but I have to wonder if their motives were to find partners for swinging!
