It shouldn't cause an injury. You are being monitored the whole time. If you are concerned about that, just ask. Usually sleep tests are not performed with a CPAP on because they are testing for sleep apnea, etc.

I have had the tests done. The first night I was only wired and monitored. After that test, I went back and was monitored while sleeping with the CPAP machine. I don't see any way to be injured except having all the wires removed was kinda painful. Not too bad though.I have been sleeping with one for about 6 months now. I hate it, but I am resting better.

it shouldn't unless the machine blows up, because C-Pap is just continuous positive pressure to keep the air way open and prevent apnic periods in sleep.
