3 tablespoon Oil

4 Coils of fideo ( coil

Vermicelli) 2 tablespoon Minced onion

1 Clove garlic -- minced

1/2 cup Canned tomato sauce

3 cup Water

Salt -- pepper

Heat oil, add fideo and cook until lightly browned. Add onion and cook until tender. Add garlic, tomato sauce and water and season to taste with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Lower heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

Thats the plain version...add ground beef, fry it on the side...then add the cooked, drained beef when you add the garlic etc.

You need a skillet, oil, angel hair pasta, beef bullion, 1/2 onion chopped, 1 small can El Pato sauce (if you like it spicy) or tomato sauce and water.
Heat about 2 tablespoons oil in skillet. Lightly brown the pasta then add onion, tomato sauce and let fry about a minute then add water and bullion, bring to a boil, lower the heat and cover. It's done when the pasta is cooked throughout.
