yes, I do. People do not practice safe sex. Have you watched the Maury show when those young girls get up there and have 20 men tested to see who their baby's daddy is? So you know they are not using protection. People are not using protection, people are engaging in risky sexual behaviors, with every thing we know about AIDS/HIV and all the programs we have out there and the more we try and educate people, the more people are showing up HIV infected. We live in a scary world.

no i think in countries where people are allowed to and do promote safer practices there will be less HIV cases... sad we could really put a stop to it if people were not afraid to talk openly about it and if religious groups stopped saying condoms were bad.
