All vegetables have protein in them. But I guess you want to know what are more protein concentrated than the rest.
Legumes: beans-chickpeas, kidney, red, black, soy (tofu too), adzuki, turtle, cannelli, pinto (refried beans)
Grains: wheat, rice (brown, basmati, arborio, wild), amaranth, millet, kamut, quinoa
Superfoods: spirulina, chlorella, nutritional/brewer's yeast
Protein powders available to vegans: hemp, pea, brown rice
You can get protein from a varied diet of all these. If you add green leafy vegetables then you can digest the protein properly (and not ferment in your colon).

The others above have all provided good sources of protein. One other source that is good is chick peas ( garbanzo beans ). This is especially good since it is packed with other healthful nutrients as well. But there is a trick in consuming this product. The skin of garbanzo beans tends to produce a lot of gas, and has therefore to be removed. This is quite easily done. Empty a can of these beans into a big colander and cover the beans with water. Now put your hands into the beans with fingers stretched out and mess the beans about by moving your hand rapidly to the left and right. The skins will separate very easily from the beans, and you can throw them away. The beans can then be prepared any way you like. Chick pea flour can be bought from Indian stores - it is called Besan flour. You can add this to soups etc. Garbanzo beans are so nutritious, that it is recommended that we eat some of them raw everyday. Ideally, one should eat a handful of these beans raw ( with skin removed ) every morning. But it takes some practice before you can achieve this. If you try to do it right away, you may not feel well. This is how to start. Buy a small quantity of these beans ( not canned ) from an Indian store. At night, place four of these beans into a glass of water, and cover the glass. In the morning, the beans would have swelled up. Remove the skins from them and pop them into your mouth and chew. After several days of doing this, Increase the amount of beans by a little. After about six months, you will be able to eat a handful without feeling lousy. This is a super duper food- the value of which has been long known in the East.

All of the above are great answers! Don't let people scare you that you won't get enough protein. I've been vegan for 7 years and vegetarian for 13. My husband's entire family is vegan including the little kids. Their doctors are always amazed at how strong and healthy they are...but of course they are! They eat much better than most kids - very little sugar, lots of vegetables, and no cholesterol!

Beans - the most obvious being the soya bean and its range of products ie soya icecream, yoghurts, chocolate, milk, cream etc
All other beans that you can buy tinned or in try packs for soaking
lentils
chickpeas (including humous which makes a great dip)
nuts
seeds
quinoa
Grains (oats, wheat, millet, rice )also contain a significant anount of protein but should be eaten with one or more of the above to get all the amino acids. The exception to this is quinoa which is a complete protein.
Basically eat a god variety of the above as well as loads of fruit and veg and you cant go wrong.

Soy has complete protein.
To get complete protein from other vegetables, you have to mix two or more varieties: i.e., seeds, nuts, grains, legumes. Other vegtables, such as Avocados also contain protein.
