Mexican is my favorite, if that still counts as "ethnic." I also really love Thai food and food from Middle Eastern cultures.

I like Thai, followed closely by Italian, then good old Southern cuisine (American).

Chinese food!!!!!!! I couldn't live without chinese food. I haven't tried many ethnic foods though. Just the regular mexican, chinese, and italian.
