it's an irregular heartbeat. I have one, it's nothing bad, some people are born with it. you can also get one from doing drugs or something, in which case the murmur is dangerous to your health, because you're not getting enough blood through you're veins.
a "regular" heart murmur just means that your heart skips abeat or adds one every so often, but it doesn't effect your health at all.

A murmur is a sound made by blood moving round the heart: sometimes but not always this could be caused by a heart defect.
An abnormal sound heard in the heart. A murmur results from blood flowing over or through an irregular surface. Murmurs can be classified in different ways, and different heart conditions have characteristic murmurs or sounds. Not all murmurs are associated with a condition that requires surgery, but a murmur can be used to follow any changes in a heart condition.

A heart murmur is a swishing or a whistling sound from the heart which can be heard with a stethoscope. It may indicate that there is a heart problem or may be due to normal blood flow. A heart murmur is not a diagnosis or disease. Most of the time heart murmurs are normal. However, sometimes they may result from a hole in the heart or a narrowed valve. A hole in the hose allows water to squirt out producing a whistling sound...

A heart murmur is a defect in the heart or valve of the heart. It is usually either a small hole or a valve flap the doesn;'t close completely and the blood flow through the hole or defective valve makes a swish sound when listened to with a stethoscope. Some people have heart murmurs all their life and don't know it. IF it is causing symptoms then it is easy to correct with surgery.

A heart murmur is an extra or unusual sound heard during your heartbeat. Murmurs range from very faint to very loud and sometimes sound like a whooshing or swishing noise. Normal heartbeat sounds—"lub-DUPP" or "lub-DUB"—are the valves closing as blood moves through the heart.
Types of Murmurs
Innocent (harmless) murmurs
A person with an innocent murmur has a normal heart and usually has no other signs or symptoms of a heart problem. Innocent murmurs are common in healthy children.
Abnormal murmurs
A person with an abnormal murmur usually has other signs or symptoms of a heart problem. Most abnormal murmurs in children are due to congenital heart defects—heart defects present at birth. In adults, abnormal murmurs are most often due to heart valve problems caused by infection, disease, or aging.
