I have not encountered this problem yet. Maybe you are hypoglycemic during this episodes. Try to take your blood sugar reading during the time this happens to you so you'll know if it is your blood sugar that is affecting your speech. If you're still anxious about it you can check with an endocrinologist or a neurologist so you can clear any anxiety regarding this.

yes when i talk too fast, but has nothing to do with my blood sugar. Maybe when it's low I may do that .
