My doctor told me to aim for being between 80 and 110 but, honestly, I experience symptoms like low blood sugar anytime I'm below 100. I can get dizzy, hear a buzzing in my ears, feel week or feel like crying anytime I'm below 100.

What did they put you on for the low blood sugar? Because, when my mother was experiencing low blood sugar, they didn't give her meds. They had her start eating 6 small meals a day instead of 3 regular meals.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

70-110.. Be familiar with signs and symptoms of high and low blood sugar. Also, you should wear a medic-alert bracelet and let a friend or family member know where you are in case you experience an episode..

80-120, but you should talk to your doctor about your own range
cause min used to be 70-150 when i was on shots, before i got an insulin pump.
