No. Genital herpes is an STD, and cold sores are not. If you spit on your privates while you have a cold sore, you might get a cold sore there, but not genital herpes. Different things altogether.

A real "cold sore" is on that is on the inside of your cheek. The "sores" people get on their lips _IS_ herpes.

Some oral sores can be transferred, so yes it's possible.

No but if you don't floss and brush you'll wind up with a cavity on your genitals.
