I had a curry last night : Lamb Tika Jal Frezi, chilli rice and a Garlic Nan.
Tonight i had Special Foo Yung, Chips and curry sauce. I also got some Hot and Sour Soup for later on.
Yes, i CAN cook, but just can't be arsed most of the time!!

Hi,
We dnt know what part of the world u beloong to, but maybe ?Indian food is too heavy for you, given the spices, and fats it has. Not everybody can digest it well, though most ppl who eat it do relish it.
I would like to use this forum to tell ppl that Indian food contains no rubbish, as put by someone in response to your question.
Just eat what u like to..

In response to the first part, No not Indian food, second part maybe it didn`t seem such a good idea afterall what we crave then find we cannot eat is sometimes through boredom & our body soon let`s us know if it isn`t happy about what we eat.

No, because my system has a problem with ghee, and I feel bloated after two mouthfuls, despite the gorgeous aromas that Indian cooking produces.

apparently chilli is addictive, you can get withdrawal symptoms if you eat it a lot then eliminate it from your diet but you'll never become physically dependant on it
