i've been a type one diabetic since i was 6 years old. i learned pretty fast how to do it. most of hte time its not so bad. you learn ot deal with it because you know that if you don't, you WILL die, it's as simple as that, a needle stick a few times a day ( or whatever your regimine is using a pump or what have you) or DIE. you just deal. *shrug* . although every once in a while you hit a bad spot....

High blood levels of glucose can cause several problems, including frequent urination, excessive thirst, hunger, fatigue, weight loss, and blurry vision. However, because type 2 diabetes develops slowly, some people with high blood sugar experience no symptoms at all. How to treat diabetes naturally https://tr.im/m1P3q
Symptoms of type 1 diabetes:
Increased thirst
Increased urination
Weight loss in spite of increased appetite
Fatigue
Nausea
Vomiting
Patients with type 1 diabetes usually develop symptoms over a short period of time, and the condition is often diagnosed in an emergency setting.
Symptoms of type 2 diabetes:
Increased thirst
Increased urination
Increased appetite
Fatigue
Blurred vision
Slow-healing infections
Impotence in men
If you think you have diabetes i think you should have a checkup and speak with your doctor just in case.

Diabetes is usually treated through a combination of diet (low sugar), exercise and medications/insulin. Milder cases can be controlled with just diet an/or exercise while more severe cases require meds or insulin as well.

This is one of those "your mileage may vary" questions. Most of the time I would feel nothing when injecting into the stomach....thighs sometimes did, sometimes did not...arms ALWAYS hurt! But this is me. Other people, like a friend of mine, thinks the stomach really hurts and prefers her thighs...we both agree on the arms! But, even when it hurts, I think finger sticks for testing blood sugar hurts more than injections. The needles are so fine nowadays that they really aren't so bad.

Sure it hurts, especially when you hit a site that you've used recently.
But like Rambo, we learn to ignore the pain. After a while it's no biggee.
