First, I hope you understand that a yeast infection is something only a female can have. Men do not have yeast growing on their penis. Yeast are part of the bacteria that grow naturally in the vagina, but when they get out of hand (your pH usually gets out of balance) they take over and cause an infection.

You CAN however, pass yeast to a man's penis temporarily...and if you're having frequent sex while trying to recover from an infection and he isn't washing well enough he can give it back to you, because the yeast can live on his penis for a day or two before dying.

If you're a guy- don't worry. You having any reaction from a woman by having sex with her once during her infection is very unlikely. You may start to have some itching or maybe redness if you are having daily unprotected sex with a woman who has a yeast infection, though.

And transferring a yeast infection during male/female sex relations is nearly 100% impossible with a condom involved, so don't worry!

Anything is possible... If you touch their parts or vice versa and they touched you without being protected you can spread it. condoms can burst and liquids can leak...best thing to do...leave it alone until it's well.
