♡I'd have to say I love "Toro" (Otoro-fatty tuna belly) best!
Toro is cut from the tuna's belly and is the most choice part of the fish.

It is praised for its high fat content.
It is rich, tender, and literally melts in your mouth like butter!

sushi that is made fresh and is at the right temperture what ever u like is up to u seeing how everyone has a different taste in sushi

It must be raw and fresh!
1) nege toro maki (finely chopped tuna belly & green onion & sesame seed seaweed roll)
2) uni sushi (sea urchin)
3) ama ebi sushi (sweet shrimps sushi)

Personally, i like my recipe of sushi the best: Squid and tuna rolled in seaweed and rice with sesame seeds and soy sauce for taste.

the uni witch is sea urchin its hard to find because sea urchin only stays fresh for a day . its expensive but its good
