If milk is added then it is extra calories, could be around 100 for milk and sugar or more(How much milk).

The Diabetic people have problem with sugar, so doctors are telling them to avoid sugar, it has nothing to do with calories in sugar, again it is the sugar itself that they have problem with.

They can use sugar substitute in place of sugar, there are sweetener for a Diabetics to use without worrying about sugar. Ask you pharmacist or Grosser or Doctor. Supermarkets and food stores carry them here in USA.

ithas 35-45 calories.diabetics are asked not to take coffee with sugar but not coffee at all.one tsp of sugar has 4 calories only.but sugar is a disaccahride and so it need sinsulin to breakdown the sugar and so diabetics are asked not to take sugar in coffee.they can take coffee without sugar

Drink water or water with lemon at least 5 bottles throughout the day. Use low fat milk and diet sweetener's. Stop eating fried foods and fast foods. Bake or grill your meats, decrease all red meat. Eat a piece of fruit or steam vegetables in between meals and before bed. Physical exercises such as walking more than 35 minutes. Buy a walk or exercise DVD. Schedule a time in the morning or before you go to bed to exercise and maintain this for 90 days. Good luck
