India is a huge country with 28 states and each state has its own cuisine. to for example.
1. Punjab : Tandoori Roti, Rajma, Murgi and many more.
2. Maharashtra : Puran Poli, Ladoos, Curry and almost 100 varieties of rice
3. South India : Idli, Adai, Sambhar, Rasam and almost 200 types of rice preparations.
4. North India : types of Non vegetarian Cuisine.

India is a country where you will find Unity in Diversity.

Tandoori..Vindaloo and Curry Dishes...are well known...oh and the breads are fabulous along with the various sauces for dipping them in...Oh..My...!! Himalayans is one of the best Indian Resturants in Atlanta, Georgia...can't wait to take my fiancee, from Bangladesh, there when he comes over to see me...I absolutely love all three of the above but they are very spicy and hot..!! Yummy...I could almost give up Deep South Home style cooking for some great Indian Cuisine...!!

I agree India is very very big.Each of the sides have its own cuisine,But in England Chicken Tikka Masala,Chicken Tandoori and Chicken Vindaloo of India very very famous.Chicken Tikka Masala is sold every year about 2 Billion pounds.
