There are factors such as excerise, diet, hereditity, enviroment and amount of stress you have that determines normal blood pressure.
But this is what applies to almost everyone of all ages except children:
"Medical guidelines state that a normal blood pressure for most adults is less than 120/80 mm Hg. Drug treatment is recommended if your blood pressure is at or above 140/90 mm Hg."
Under 120/80 and normally a device costing less than $40 can help measure your blood pressure automatically if you're concerned with tracking it. Or just go to any pharmacy and around the corner would be one of those machines that does the same for free. The key to normal blood pressure is excerise, good eating habits, and a stress-free enviroment.
Hope this helps!

doctors are saying now that a good blood preasure is around 120/70 but can very from person to person depending on their health, weight, stress level, diet and any medication that might be taken. The diastolic number , the bottom number , is the most important and should stay in the 70ish range where as the top number can move around and very alot.

120/80 is the healthy average. higher than 140 is not good. lower is ok if you have energy and stable heart rate.
