There is the virus in saliva, but it is such a small amount it hasnt been proven to cause the hiv virus, but I would seriously not try it because If his oral hygiene isnt good, ex - bleeding gums, sores in his mouth, he could transfer the virus to you. All it takes is just one little tiny cut you may not even know you have ( the skin is so thin down there, it is so easy to get even a tiny little tear) for the virus to get into your bloodstream. I think they do make things for women you can actually put over your area, and I know it probably doesnt feel the same, but.... If you dont have virus, dont take the chance of getting it, Im not saying not to have sex, because it is possible to have safe sex, but, I say this because my exhusband has the virus, and I dont, and I have seen all he has gone through, and you have no idea how sad it is. If the person your talking about has the virus, I think it is good of you not to discriminate against him, because it does happen to a lot of hiv positive people, if you going to have sex of any kind, just do it safely.

No, unless you have an open wound where he's licking you, or he has an open wound in his mouth somewhere, then there could be a possibility of getting the virus. Just be careful!

You need about 11 litres of infected saliva to stand a chance of getting infected by HIV!

If he had any open sores in his mouth your chances would be greater than if he didn't. It would be best to get checked just to make sure.
