Me too! I am always so full for a long time. I felt like there are starting to use too many breading for their food and dishes is really oily. Dont get me wrong, they are wonderful!!! You know the mongolia beef stir fry actually marinaded with corn starch or flour and other sauce to make it taste so smooth and slippery. If you eat a lot of fatty food, they make you full longer than steam or poach or boil food. OVERSEAS version of chinese food

When I am back home in Singapore, I never felt this way because not in buffet. People think chinese is healthy (yes they are), not when you fill you plate up high x2. As you can see, most regulars in Chinese buffet are fat...because they are cheap and cheerful......

Most Chinese restuarant have stop using MSG by the way.

This is due to the effects of monosodium glutamate (MSG), which, in addition to enhancing the flavour of food, acts as an appetite stimulant, leaving the consumer with a sensation of hunger, despite having eaten. In some people, MSG produces even less desirable effects, such as headaches and nausea.

Most Asian resturants no longer include MSG in their food.
