If you are intimately involved with this person, please don't take any chances. Don't take his word, ask to see the lab results. However, AIDS does not show up immediately. It could take several years sometimes to read positive. Are any of his former partners known to have the virus?

I would get more proof---he can tell you anything. If you see the facts for yourself, then you would really trust him. Who knows if he even got tested. (Unless you were there)

I would want to go w/ him for the test and the results. That isn't asking to much if he cares for you he will want make sure you are both protected.

I would ask him to see the results of his test, if he refuses then i wouldn't stay with him...cause he would obviously be hiding something!!
Good Luck

I think I'd want to see the written lab reports. If they are truly negative, he may see it as not trusting him, but then, it is your life we're talking about here.

The health department sweetheart: if he's telling the truth and he went this far, why shouldn't he go the extra yard with someone he loves?

Very simple. No sex until you see his doctor in person, and see the lab results.
