Absolutely NOT. AIDS is caused by exposure to the HIV virus. You have to get this virus from contact with the bodily fluids of a person who already has it (via sex or a blood transfusion with infected blood, for example.) Masturbation is the safest form of safe sex!

only if you have open cuts or sores on your hand and the person you masturbate is HIV+. Or possibly if the person masturbating you drips their blood or semen onto your exposed penis while they masturbate you.
but if you stick to self masturbation it is pretty darn hard to become HIV+ unless you already are.
