If corn oil comes from corn, and vegitable oil comes from vegitables, then were does baby oil come from?

No, it does not come from a baby. It's just mineral oil from petroleum.

Baby oil comes from minerals. Doesn't make sense, does it? They sell mineral oil right next to the baby oil too. Advertising! What can you do?

Baby oil is actually mineral oil which is liquid petroleum. Liquid petrolatum is a by-product in the distillation of petroleum to produce gasoline. It is a chemically inert, transparent, colorless oil composed mainly of alkanes and cyclic paraffins, related to white petrolatum. Mineral oil is a substance of relatively low value, and it is produced in very large quantities. Mineral oil is available in light and heavy grades, and can often be found in drug stores.

Well... corn oil, vegetable oil, motor oil, castor oil, etc. HAD to start out as baby oil...

It is made for babies. It is to mimic the natural oils of ones skin.
