HPV is a sexually transmitted infection that may lead to cervical cancerous changes
the pap smear results dictated the intervention needed afterwards, there are grades of abnormality and hence the action taken
ampicillin is an antibiotic, i.e against bacteria (HPV is a virus)
the colon problem is again unrelated to the HPV issue

You can still have children even though you have HPV. I have had HPV since 1995 and I have three kids, they are all fine too. HPV is very common. The virus can cause cervical dysplasia/cancer; as well as vaginal, vulvar, and anal dysplasia/cancer in some women. However, if you are being monitored closely and your cervical dysplasia is being treated your doctor should catch anything before it gets too serious. I have never hear of giving an antibiotic for HPV or precancerous cells.
