Do I have diabetics ???

Question

My saliva attracts ants,do diabetics patints have them ? I also have signs of diabetics like frequent using toilet,esp. at nites and drinking and my breath smells like vinegar. When I tasted my urine,it's a bit salty and i feel not so gd after that(yah i know its a bit disgusting!) so do i have diabetic ?

The best thing to do is visit your doctor and ask him to test you if you are indeed diabetic. The symptoms of diabetes are frequent urination, increased hunger, increased thirst, dry skin, dry mouth, weight loss, frequent infections like urinarty tract infection and a whole lot of other symptoms. Sometimes some of the symptoms are present but it does not automatically means that you are already a diabetic. Only a fasting blood glucose test or an oral glucose tolerance test will confirm your diabetes.

These are things to ask a doctor and the things you did were not weird, you can go to the doctor without eating or drinking after midnight(and tell him that) and he can give you a test, usually he will take a little blood test it ,tell you to go eat breakfast and come back in an hour then test your blood again. If he finds nothing he can do a hemoglobin A1C and it will show your levels for a time period. Also some signs of diabetes are excessive thirst,excessive hunger & excessive urination. Only a doctor can diagnose you.

Haha we are moving forward in time and you go back to the era of tasting urine (that was a practice long time ago). You should have left the urine to see if the ants are attracted to it - this indicates sugar is there and you have a high possibility of having diabetics. Well to make things short see a doctor and he'll tell you

My mom is diabetic. She mixes the foods .Like she eats 5 times a day.She eats lactates, grains, fruits and veggies, fat stuff, and all that. She just eats a little of everything. Instead of eating one hamburger in example, she eats half! It is best to eat a salad with ranch or something to make it healthy and tasty at the same time! Eat a salad before each main meal and it will fill you up with healthy stuff and then eat the main food(hamburger, taco,etc.) after you already are kind of full. Eat kind of like this: 8am- oatmeal(low sugar kind), with banana and a toast with peanut butter and jelly 11am-Yougurt(low fat/sugar), with granola 1pm- main meal(remember the salad) 4pm-fruit salad or something like it 6-7pm-cereal or salad THIS IS.....waht my mom usually eats like and she has improved her diabetes very finely and is now controlling it. Hope it helps! REMEMBER: -the salad -drink lots of water -reduce sweet drinks(its hard) -walk(get around 25mins of exercise a day) -you can eat anything you want in small quantities -don't over eat -YOU CAN DO IT!!

You should see your doctor. He/she will give you a urine test showing what levels of sugar are in your bloodstream. If you also have symptoms of dry cotton mouth, extreme thirst, blurred vision, drowsiness, and nausea, make an appointment right away to check.
