I was diagnosed with cervcal dysplasia a few months ago. MY doctor told me that as long as me and my boyfriend are exclusive with eachother, my body will build up antibodies to the strain I got from him. I wanted to know if I decided to have anal sex with him, will I get anal dysplasia? Or would my body have built up antibodies? Can the same strain of HPV that causes cervical dysplasia cause anal dysplasia??

I dont think so because HPV only affects cervical health, but maybe you will get warts. I'm not sure. He should wrap it up for anal anyway, surely he doesnt want poop up his johnson, and YOU CERTAINLY dont want it back in your business because you will get a UTI from HELL!

Yes- you can get anal dysplasia or cancer. HPV can cause cervical, vulvar, vaginal, and anal cancer in women. The same strains of "high risk" HPV cause these other types of cancers too. If you do participate in anal sex, please use a condom. You can build up an immunity to the strain you have, meaning your immune system can strengthen up and fight off the HPV so you never do have any of these types of cancers. However, there are people out there for whatever reason their bodies are not able to fight off the HPV and they end up with precancerous disease or worse. If you have cervical dysplasia right now then more than likely your HPV is active and not dormant.

You CAN get anal cancer. It's not the same as Dysplasia but you can get Hpv in the anus, rectum, skin to skin contact.
