Cool question.

I would have to go with a soup to start. A shrimp bisque Ramen noodle with water chestnuts. Topped with crispy rice noodles, charred button mushrooms and green onion garnish.

Main course would be a deep fried ramen noodle nest filled with a base of limp butter greens, ginger rubbed grilled chicken, steamed broccoli buds, bok choy, shredded carrot, and chopped artichoke hearts, topped with grilled baby carrots that were marinated briefly in a mixture containing the chicken flavoring packet, rice wine, and tomato puree. Reduced marinade drizzled over the top, and then allowed to seep into the noodle nest.

For dessert, a scoop of vanilla dairy ice cream, lightly drizzled with dark Kahlua, and boiled, then quick broiled until just crisp, ramen noodles laced with almond extract.

Crunchy Chicken Salad

Prep Time:15 min
Start to Finish:20 min
Makes:6 servings

3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 package (3 ounces) Oriental-flavor ramen noodle soup mix
2 tablespoons sesame seed
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cups cut-up cooked chicken
1/2 cup dry-roasted peanuts
4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
1 bag (16 ounces) coleslaw mix

1. Melt butter in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Stir in seasoning packet from noodles. Break block of noodles into bite-size pieces over skillet; stir noodles into butter mixture. Cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly; stir in sesame seed. Cook about 2 minutes longer, stirring constantly, until noodles are golden brown.
2. Mix sugar, vinegar, oil and pepper in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and noodle mixture; toss.

Success
Keep your salad crunchy by tossing in the noodles just before serving.

Time Saver
Precooked frozen chicken from the meat department is a great thing to have on hand for ready-to-go recipes like this.

Variation
For extra flavor and color, stir in an 11-ounce can of mandarin orange slices, drained.

Stir fry. You cook up the veggies that you want and add a cup of water and whatever yummy sauce you like. Break the ramen and put them in the pan and cover. Cook it for about three minutes, until the noodle are done. It's tasty, not really very healthy, but it's yummy. I like Yoshida's Gourmet sauce with it.

Actually peanut butter and ramen is awesome. Just make sure to drain most of the water and add red pepper flakes.

first of all ramen would never be the secret ingredient but have you tried a ramen sandwich (you just take the ramen out of the bag and put it between two slices of bread and eat it)
