Yes it is fine to drink and it has no carbs. Remember to test your blood sugar 2 hours after a meal to see how you react to certain foods. Remember to watch your carbs and exercise daily to control your diabetes. Walking is very good.

Diet Coke does not contain sugar, but rather a sugar substitute. Therefore, diabetics are able to drink Diet Coke without a problem. Regular Coke contains a ton of sugar and should be used sparingly with diabetics.

You've heard of the saying "too much of a good thing is bad?" well this is bad too. The main key to a diabetic is Moderation, Moderation, Moderation. You must learn to eat and drink in moderation and don't have excessive amounts of anything. Drink plenty of water, exercise, watch your starch and sugar intake, check your blood sugar frequently and get your proper sleep.

Talk to your family doctor about this and any other questions you may have about the do's and don'ts of diabetics. Knowledge is power and don't let anyone try to convince you it isn't.

Good luck to you and I hope I was some what helpful.

That question indicates that you do not know even the basics of diabetic care.If you are asking for a friend , then you are kind. If you are asking about yourself, I would recommend a lot of diabetic education.
Best of luck.

Not really, the phosphorous is not good for you. If you are a older woman, this can lead to osteoporosis, because calcium binds to it and is eliminated by the body.
