limbo...under the broomstick...
pass the pumpkin...kind of like musical chairs...when the music stops..whoever has the pumpkin is out..they get to pick a piece of candy...last one gets all remaining candy...
make your own caramel apples..fodue style..have assorted toppings...m&ms , peanute, pretzels...etc

take a cookie cutter and make mini pancakes with shapes of pumpkins and bats make the batter with bisquick add eggs sugar and mix well and pour on to heated pan with metal pumpkin shape cookie cutter or bat and the add chocolate chips

Get some boxes and Black trash bags, and halloween decorations, and make a haunted tunnel. Or take them Snipe Hunting, haha...

Buy a few cheap cookie cutters and cut bread into the shapes that you have bought. If you're going to use meat and cheese for the sandwiches, cut those into the shapes too. :]
