is it possible to cause a herpes outbreak in your partner when you both already have the virus? can it be contracted orally if you both already have the herpes simplex 2?

Yes if you are experiencing an outbreak, then you can promt an outbreak in your partner as well if you continue to have sex.

Also you can catch the outbreak on your mouth as well, you can virtually spread them anywhere if you are not careful during an outbreak.

If one of the partners is currently having an outbreak and the couple has sex it CAN cause the other person to also get an outbreak.

And yes, if one person gives the other oral sex it is possible for that person to get cold sores. Herpes simplex virus 2 is usually genital herpes but it can also cause cold sores around the mouth and lips.

I have had genital herpes for over 5 years now. My fiance has had it about 10 months. We give each other oral sex every now and then and neither of us has ever had cold sores. I have never had a cold sore in my life! Just because my fiance and I haven't contracted cold sores though doesn't mean other couples won't either. It is definitely possible to be spread from oral sex.

it is very contagious. by touch it self it will spread. the best medicine is in Homeo. HEPAR SULPH 200/5ml/No. 40 globules u get. Take 5 pills on tongue 7am and 5pm. for 7 days. it will drry up . If u apply any ointments it will go but causing aneuralgic pain in isolated parts and nver go till lifetime.

Yes you can get it orally from eachother. And you can cause outbreaks for the other person.
