Is it Herpes or HPV??
There are hard bumps on the outer labia, I squeezed one and a little bit of clear liquid came out. They hurt when I touch them.

If they develop pus, and break leaving open ulcers then I would say yes it is herpes, but if not then I would suggest you should go see a doctor anyways.

I had bumps that were hpv and they didn't hurt one bit and there was no discharge. I think puss and pain are herpes. You need to go to a doctor. Good luck! I will pray for you that itis infected hairs. Everything will be allright, just get tested.

Do you have pain? If they turn blister like, it is probably herpes. I would suggest no sex at all until you get this resolved, if they go away with no drainage or intence pain, probly an irritation causing a break out...BUT...if tehy cause pain and turn blister like...go to your doctor, you will need treatment for that. oh DONT TOUCH THEM>>AND IF YOU HAVE TO>>>WASH YOUR HANDS >>>>NO SHARING TOWELS!!!!

it could be hpv possibly but go check with a doctor.

It could be an ingrown hair, if you shave that area.
