i ned to know natural suplements to disolve noduls or natural remedies to clean lungs for an ex smoker?

Well there's a whole lotta things that can account for the finding of a small lung nodule, so you'd have to take a whole lotta things to cover all the possibilities. Of course, if it was that easy, no one would have problems with small lung nodules.
Best advice is to learn the actual cause of you particular nodule, and go from there.

I don't know of any specific remedys for this but if you do try a supplement or herbs make sure you inform your doctor because they can have a serious effect on medications that you are prescribed either by greatly increasing or greatly decreasing the function of the drug
