Do it all the time, the bachelor may not eat properly if I didn't.

If it was my brother I would make him:-

Hot Dogs (proper ones not the cheap crap from a tin)
Hot Dog Rolls (white of course not brown, he's a man remember)
Fry up some sliced onions in a little oil
Have hot dog mustard and tomato ketchup available
Make sure you've got beer/lager/soft drink to wash it down with

Oh, and maybe a doughnut for afterwards.

Good luck ;-)

It would help if you told us how old your brother is so that we can advise you on what that age group would normally eat and drink. I dont want to say provide beer and his 13 years old, no what i mean.

but I think you can never go wrong with his favourite food, just ask him what it is and try and cook it!!

Seeing as I don't have a brother, I'm off the hook there! But if it was my brother in law, I'd either offer leftovers or take him out for a sandwich.

My brother likes homemade meals, so I would probably throw something easy together. Make a small pizza for him and his family, and make a ready made cake mix. I guess that's all.

He loves my cooking, so if I knew in advance that he was coming I'd make him a home cooked meal. His favorite of homemade lasagna. If I didn't know and he just showed up, I'd whip up something or make a sandwich.

if you want to give a good quick snack meal try filled pannini, the bread you can get at your local supermarket, fill it with cheese and ham, toast it and there you go, serve a side salad if you want, but its okay on its own.
