Is it ok to work out while trying to get pregnant and while you are pregnant? What kind of exercise is good? Usually I do cycling, treadmill, rope skipping, weight lifting, abs and leg exercises.

While trying to get pregnant there is no any kind of exercise prohibited but I advice not to do the weight lifting and skipping rope as these have some impacts on the reproductive system anatomical positions.

While pregnant, those you usually do as mentioned should be avoided, though you can do the abs and leg exercises but in a modified and moderated manners. Walking and swimming are best advised form of exercises throughout pregnancy. ♥
