What is her age? Is she a minor? How old are you? Do her parents not let her go out on single dates at all? Or just with you?
The 'behind their backs' idea is never a good one. If she's a minor, they can file charges against you when they catch you, and trust me, they will catch you.
Maybe suggest that they let you take her in a 'group' setting rather than a one on one date? With others around, they may feel a little more comfortable about it.

No because that will only make it harder for her parents to trust her later. If you guys sneak around, when or if her parents find out they may become stricter with her. The worst thing that a child can do is have their parents lose trust in them. Maybe you guys can talk in school and start out as friends. Once her parents see that she is acting in a mature manner and respecting their rules maybe they will let up on her a little. By the way how old are you guys?

It depends on a lot of things, like age. If she is a minor then no you should not date her anyway. If she is leagal then start hitting it and who cares who likes it.
