I have a car which is registered in Jacksonville(Florida). Presently, I am in Norfolk (VA) for the past 5 months(I have not registered the car in Norfolk yet).
Now I Want to sell my car here in norfolk.
Can I do so.
Or
do I need to register it in norfolk before selling it.
Any other suggestion/comment would be appreciated.

Assuming that you have a clear FL title, you can sell the car anywhere. Just to be on the safe side, sign the title over in front of a notary and get it notarized. Many states require that out-of-state title transfers be notarized even if it's not a requirement for in-state titles. You can't hurt anything by having the transaction notarized.

I've sold a number of cars with an out-of-state title over the years. Never had a problem.

where is the title? you can sell it anywhere you want, with a registration or not. the state just wants the sale tax.
