In the Bible, Jesus tells us that many will come, claiming to be prophets, and he tells us how to know the true prophets from the false ones:
"By their fruits you shall know them. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit."
It isn't about moving mountains, stopping storms, ressurecting the dead, or changing water into wine. These might be glamorous miracles, but they aren't what Jesus told us to look for.
What are the fruits of Mohammed? What has Islam brought to the world? Is the world a better place since Mohammed brought us the Koran? This is the measuring stick Jesus gave us.
If this happened, I would continue to study the life of Mohammed, I would continue to study the Koran, and I would continue to see what kinds of fruit Islam bears, just as I am doing now.
I encourage all Muslims and Christians to do the same.

Just wanted to say: The Bible today is NOTHING like it was when Jesus was living. I wouldn't trust something written after Jesus about Jesus by some random divinely inspired guys. The original Bible was right but was tampered with. So God sent another test and the last test to man (Islam) and some still rejected that as truth. Islam doesn't mistreat women, it gives them ALOT of rights, especially in Pre-Islamic Arabia; they could vote, own property, get a divorce, choose their husband, and inherit money, none of which rights were given to them before. Islam is about one God and submission to His will. It's about righteousness and no association (shirk) with God (no son, sister, father etc.) Sometimes it's hard to accept the truth, but Islam IS the right path. I pray that you will all see this. God bless. Peace.

I would not believe him. I am a true Christian and would only follow the ways of God and Jesus Christ, the Son of God. In the Bible it tells us to beware of false prophets and this that you describe, I do believe would fall into that catagory. When Jesus comes back we will see lightening coming from east to west and there will be a loud trumpet. The Heavens will open up and Jesus will take all the Christians who believe in him and have accepted him to the Kingdom of God for eternity. No one knows when this will happen and it may not even be in our lifetime.
The answer to your question: Yes I would think it was a fake and that satan will try to sway us from Christianity. He still does try, after all he did it to you!

Man... I love how you can ask a simple question and get a whole bunch of sermons trying to save your soul. It makes me giggle. I've been a Christian missionary for a few years so I could give you a big speech on why Jesus is the one true God in my belief system but, instead, I'm going to complete my little waffle by answering your question saying that I would keep my faith in Christ but raise my eyebrows at him doing that stuff... it's pretty tricky!

If It Were POSSIBLE, the Very Elect would be DECIEVED.
I don't know What satan has up his Sleeve, but I AM Sticking to Jesus and the Bible (King James Version).
Both of them Always Agree.
Satan is the Father of Lies.
Try the Spirits: Remember, satan WILL NOT CONFESS (I said confess, not repeat) That Jesus (GOD) CAME IN THE FLESH----its in the K.J.B..

Chic obviously has not bothered to read the first few chapters of he bible. If Christians followed the teachings of Genesis, Exodus and Leviticus, the atrocities of Christian sexism would turn women away from god for life!

My friend, I know the Truth because the Truth has set me free. His Word (the Bible) has stood for years and will continue to stand until He comes. He is unchanging.
Therefore, I would go with 2 as my answer for sure.
Be blessed.
