Fatique & tiredness can also be the result of depression and/or stress. See if there is anything in your life that is stressing you. Depression should be treated by a doctor because many times depression is caused by a chemical imbalance in the body.

It could be down to a couple of things. First of all you could be having a disturbed night sleep. Do you wake up in the night from time to time? Maybe your sleep patterns are being disrupted at night by a partner's snoring or your own tossing and turning. Try taking a herbal sleeping tablet like Nytol herbal if this is the case before you go to bed. It will mean your nights sleep is more peaceful and you may been like you have slept better and therefore feel more awake in the morning. Alternatively try taking a multivitamin to supplement your healthy diet. Multibionta is excellent for giving you that extra bit of energy. However, give it a couple of weeks to work. Alternatively, believe it or not, you could be having too much sleep! Why don't you try having the occasional late night rather than being in bed by ten? Contrary to popular belief, the average person only needs 6 hours sleep per night so maybe you're sleeping too much and making yourself lethargic.

Is something on your mind - it could be that you are not getting 'good' sleep due to worry. There are many instances whereby you think you sleep all night, but you don't. I know exactly how you feel as I feel like that quite often - I find that having hot milk and staying up a little bit later than normal usually helps - daft as that sounds!!
If it persists go back to your doctor as over-tiredness can lead to depression (we all know how ratty we get when we are tired) and this could put a strain on your relationship with the hubby. Explain that the tirednes if effecting your life and getting you down and he should do more than just blood tests.

You could try something simple, namely to remove all dairy products and sugary food from your breakfast.
Also, try going for a ten to fifteen minute walk before breakfast.
More if it suits you, but perhaps stay near home in case your bowel needs to move.
Walk, don't jog or run, and cover yourself well, including a woollen hat, during cool or cold weather.
The idea is to wake up gently.
At night, a fifteen to thirty minute walk, perhaps with husband, after the evening meal. It can be leisurely. Hopefully you will find yourself passing wind. That is the desired result.

I have a friend who goes to bed tired and wakes up tired and I try to help her, but she doesn't listen to me. I always sleep good and I feel good every morning. I can't think of enough things to do while I am up and I think that's why I sleep good. I am actually painting all the trim in my house by myself. I paint till I'm exhausted. In the fall, I sweep all the leaves by myself. My friend doesn't do any of this stuff. She just gets up and goes to stores and visits friends. You can't get tired by doing these things. Your body needs to do a lot of physical work and it's good for you too. Another thing I do is ride my bike to Quik Check which is 12 blocks from my home. Try some of these things, you'll sleep like a log.

maybe your allergic to one of your foods... maybe beta-carrotene? My other half gets a "high" of sorts when she eats or drinks anything with orange colouring! then later she hits a major low... like she drags herself to bed and isn't right for a few days!

Maybe you're lacking fibre... a build up of waste in the system can make you sluggish! Or maybe you drink too much caffeine?

maybe you need something new and exciting to inspore you in different ways... a bungee jump or a long weekend somewhere new! A change is as good as a rest and maybe you just need a change from the day to day rat race!

I'm sure it is frustrating though!

But Good Luck!

it could be a number of things you might be getting to many carbs so it can be your diet, but thats usually if your feeling weak if your going to bed tired and waking up tired it could be something like SINUS problems and/or you might have a deviated septum (the cartilage in your nose) check this in the mirror to see if you septum is crooked this makes it harder to breath than most people your sinuses will puff up under your eyes making you constantly tired try sinutab from boots £4.99 (non drowsy) check with yourself its not mild depression this wears you down mild depression can be cuased by any minor changes in your life so have a good look at yourself

CHRONIC FATIGUE SYNDROME

Overwhelming exhaustion, made worse by activity and not helped by rest, could be CFS (or ME, myalgic encephalomyelitis). One in 100 people, usually in their twenties or thirties, is affected, with three times as many women sufferers as men. CFS appears to be triggered by an infection, even a minor one. It can be worsened by stress. Symptoms include muscle pain, sore throat, an inability to start or sustain activity, and finding that any increase in activity requires a prolonged recovery time.

What to do

Take as much information about your symptoms to your GP as possible. Diagnosis is tricky, and frequently involves excluding other conditions. Training in the form of graded exercise can help mild CFS. Cognitive behavioural therapy, along with a supervised lifestyle management programme, is effective in severe cases.

You're probably doing too much. My wife is always tired and it's because she does loads of housework and cleaning as well as going to work full time and exercising.
If she gets tired she asks me to help and I help out where needed.
You'll have to ask your husband to help out a bit.
Men get frustrated if their wives are always tired because when they get in bed they're too tired for sex. If your husband thinks by helping you out that you'll have a bit more energy for sha**ing, he'll start doing housework.
