The fence will do absolutely nothing. Have you ever heard of latters? It would be a better idea to use the money to build a network of onelane highways along the border, to gaurds can move rapidly along the border (just ask the Romans about their defence techniques) and to hire a hell of a lot more people.

I think you need to look at what happened during his presidency. A group of morons declared war on the United States Of America. You may not realize it but freedom does not come cheap. All it will take is one dirty bomb to ruin our country forever. I suggest you think about not being able to enter New York City for 25000 years because of radioactive fallout. That is how long it can last. Our country must be strong and fight for our freedom just as all our forefathers did.

I put the national deficit plus what the war will end up costing us at around 9 trillion dollars now... if he doesn't double that it means we've at least slowed down.
