ok, white or gray hair are either birthmarks in the scalp, hereditary or main case scenario loss of pigmentation in the hair follicle. either way, there is no real way to "prevent" it from happening- the only thing u can do is either color it or use mouses and gels to give ur hair a tint of ur natural color. it's really up to u.

First of all do not pull out any white hairs. this is because two will grow in its place. Try massaging your scalp with a little olive oil now and then and eating real food (you know the type you have to peel and wash and cook)

THat is loss of color pigment, which usually is hareditary. Shaklee.net (or .com) has a shampoo or cream...not sure. But they are all natural. My mother uses it and she's over 50 and she has regained her color pigment...which for me is weird, but it makes her happy. Try them. Remember it's all natural so it can't hurt you. I rememeber that it--I believe--is used for hair regrowth and when it does that it also brings back orginal hair color. A doctor may give you something that will harm another part of your body or cells. Older people with white hair don't like it, becasue they are use to having whit hair...LOL. Hope this helps.

Bro, the best way is to go natural. Curd, Egg and beer are suppose to not only reduce graying but also nourish the hair. They are even suppose to reduce dandruff the hair strands.

Go to a doctor and ask him what's the matter or just go to the salon and dye your hair.

have yourself checked. you might lack some vitamins which is why the melanin/pigmentation of your hair is lacking. :)
